Paving in 2025
We have received word from Douglas County that paving of all the gravel roads in Homestead Hills will indeed happen in 2025, likely in August. Please be aware that we may see some activity in the neighborhood before then while crews are prepping the roads for paving.

2025 Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 6:30-8:00pm, at the Douglas County Library location in Parker. All property owners in Homestead Hills, Pine Valley, Panorama Court, and Dalton & Pearson Estates are welcome to participate. Voluntary dues of $20 are welcome as well. See you then!

Road Paving Update
We’ve received word from Douglas County that residents of Antelope, Cottontail, Deer, and Ponderosa have all approved of paving these roads, with 80-95% approval rates. We will now wait to hear from Public Works about when exactly these roads might be paved (hopefully in 2025). See the Paving FAQ for more details about the process.

Holiday Party Dec. 6th

Road Paving Surveys
For those of you on Antelope, Cottontail, Deer, and Ponderosa: it appears that the road paving surveys are on the way. Look for an envelope from the Operations Division of the Douglas County Department of Public Works.

Road Paving Opportunity
