  • Cleanup Followup

Our neighborhood cleanup day was a success! We filled two heavily compacted dumpsters and a trailer for scrap metal, plus electronics and waste oil. We’re happy to report that voluntary donations covered the cost of the dumpsters. Plus, you might have noticed that the entrance to our neighborhood is much cleaner without all that trash…

  • Homestead Road Cleanup

This Saturday morning, May 18th, a few of your neighbors have volunteered to pick up trash along Homestead Road between Pine Drive and Robin Road. Please drive carefully and “give them a brake”! This event coincides with our neighborhood cleanup day (see previously posted flyer for details).

  • Gate Codes

If you have video footage or any information that might prove helpful, please contact the Douglas County Sheriff.

  • Neighbor Chat

Hi folks, your neighbor Peter Saint-Andre here. While fighting through all the ads and general clutter on the Nextdoor website recently, I realized we could have a much simpler way to exchange messages among neighbors: a private email discussion list that’s restricted to verified residents of Homestead Hills, Pine Valley, Panorama, and Dalton & Pearson…
