    Save the date! Our 2026 annual meeting will happen on Tuesday, April 14th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Parker library. We will post an agenda about a week beforehand. See you there!

    KB Homes has submitted a request to build ~125 duplexes (plus a commercial pad) on ~20 acres at the intersection of Pine Drive and Lincoln Avenue. This dense project will require rezoning by Douglas County because the parcels are currently zoned Rural Residential; it will also require an amendment to Douglas County’s Comprehensive Master Plan.…

    Our annual meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 6:30-8:00pm, at the Douglas County Library location in Parker. All property owners in Homestead Hills, Pine Valley, Panorama Court, and Dalton & Pearson Estates are welcome to participate. Voluntary dues of $20 are welcome as well. See you then!
