  • Paving Project Web Page

    Douglas County Public Works now has a project page on their website about paving of the gravel roads in Homestead Hills.   • 2025 Annual Meeting Summary

    For those who were unable to attend the annual meeting yesterday evening, here’s a brief summary (formal minutes will follow after approval by the Board).

  • Paving in 2025

    We have received word from Douglas County that paving of all the gravel roads in Homestead Hills will indeed happen in 2025, likely in August. Please be aware that we may see some activity in the neighborhood before then while crews are prepping the roads for paving.

  • Road Paving Surveys

    For those of you on Antelope, Cottontail, Deer, and Ponderosa: it appears that the road paving surveys are on the way. Look for an envelope from the Operations Division of the Douglas County Department of Public Works.

  • Avoiding Title Theft

    Recently one of our neighbors was the victim of an attempt to fraudulently sell their own house from under them!   • Pine Lane Update

    Last year we posted information about Douglas County’s planned widening of Pine Lane from Lincoln to Inspiration. We thought you might like to know that construction is now slated to begin in late 2024 or early 2025. Visit the project page for more details.

  • DougCo Support to Fight Invasive Weeds

  • Homestead Road Cleanup

    This Saturday morning, May 18th, a few of your neighbors have volunteered to pick up trash along Homestead Road between Pine Drive and Robin Road. Please drive carefully and “give them a brake”! This event coincides with our neighborhood cleanup day (see previously posted flyer for details).

    At the annual meeting last month, a resident asked the South Metro Fire Rescue representative about how they handle gate codes and emergency access.
