2025 Annual Meeting Summary

Paving in 2025
We have received word from Douglas County that paving of all the gravel roads in Homestead Hills will indeed happen in 2025, likely in August. Please be aware that we may see some activity in the neighborhood before then while crews are prepping the roads for paving.

Road Paving Surveys
For those of you on Antelope, Cottontail, Deer, and Ponderosa: it appears that the road paving surveys are on the way. Look for an envelope from the Operations Division of the Douglas County Department of Public Works.

Homestead Road Cleanup
This Saturday morning, May 18th, a few of your neighbors have volunteered to pick up trash along Homestead Road between Pine Drive and Robin Road. Please drive carefully and “give them a brake”! This event coincides with our neighborhood cleanup day (see previously posted flyer for details).
