This evening the Douglas County Planning Commission voted to DENY the application from KB Homes to build a dense, urban-style housing development at Lincoln Avenue and Pine Drive. Although this probably won’t be the end of efforts to urbanize our rural corner of Douglas County, for the moment we can savor the sweet taste of victory!
