KB Homes has submitted a request to build ~125 duplexes (plus a commercial pad) on ~20 acres at the intersection of Pine Drive and Lincoln Avenue. This dense project will require rezoning by Douglas County because the parcels are currently zoned Rural Residential; it will also require an amendment to Douglas County’s Comprehensive Master Plan.
